Requirements:

- We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) Contractor to support data collection and analysis for Business Applications (APM) and Technology Portfolios (TPM).

- Your primary focus will be to gather, document, and analyze data flows, system integrations, and dependencies to enhance visibility into the organization's technology landscape.

- You will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to develop clear, accurate data flow diagrams and integration mappings, enabling informed strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Collection & Documentation: Conduct comprehensive data gathering for APM and TPM, ensuring accurate representation of systems, dependencies, and relationships.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business and technical teams to identify, document, and validate application portfolios, integrations, and data flows, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategies.

- Process & Integration Mapping: Develop data flow diagrams (DFDs), integration maps, and process workflows to visualize system interactions, dependencies, and data exchanges across the enterprise.

- System & Application Analysis: Assess existing applications, integrations, and technology platforms, identifying gaps, redundancies, and optimization opportunities.

- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to define and document functional and technical requirements related to data management, integrations, and application rationalization.

- Risk & Compliance Alignment: Identify and mitigate risks related to data inconsistencies, integration challenges, and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to governance and security policies.
