Senior eCommerce Manager

Job Description - This role will lead multi-channel ecommerce marketing for the US market, owning strategy, performance, and execution across SEO, Email/SMS, marketplaces, and paid channels. The incumbent will build processes, mentor a specialist team, and drive scalable growth in a high-ambiguity, growth-stage environment. Description:

- Lead end-to-end ecommerce marketing strategy for the US market across SEO, Email/SMS, marketplaces, and paid channels.

- Manage and coach a multi-channel team, ensuring high-quality execution and performance ownership.

- Build lifecycle marketing programs to drive customer acquisition, retention, and repeat revenue.

- Partner closely with US-based stakeholders to align on brand, merchandising, and growth priorities.

- Oversee agencies and external partners, holding them accountable for performance outcomes.

- Use data and analytics to identify insights, prioritize initiatives, and continuously optimize channel performance.

Profile:

- 8-10+ years of ecommerce or digital marketing experience with proven US D2C exposure for physical consumer products.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Email & SMS lifecycle marketing, supported by solid SEO and marketplace knowledge.

- Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams of 3+ specialists across multiple channels.

- Confident communicator with experience working with US stakeholders and navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
