M&A - Tax Senior for one of the leading Tax Advisory Firm

We are looking for talented professionals to join one of the leading Tax Advisory firms in their growing Mergers & Acquisitions Tax practice.

Experience : 5-8 Years

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform buy-side & sell-side tax due diligence

- Analyze tax risks, transaction structures & tax exposures

- Support mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations & restructuring engagements

- Review transaction documents including SPA/SSA/BTA

- Work closely with PE funds, corporates, investment banks & strategic investors

- Conduct analytical reviews and prepare diligence reports for leadership review

- Exposure to Section 382 analysis, NOL limitation studies & ownership change assessments preferred

Preferred Skills:

- Strong experience in M&A Tax/Transaction Tax

- Experience in Tax Due Diligence & Tax Structuring

- Understanding of Federal / International / SALT tax concepts

- Exposure to Private Equity / VC transactions preferred

- Strong analytical, communication & stakeholder management skills

- Advanced Excel and presentation skills

- CA / CPA preferred
