- We are currently looking for a Senior Director - Strategy, who integrates the different thinking and weaving functions together to offer a holistic business solution.
- You should have a strong track record in delivering tangible business results for clients, strong strategic skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and team members.
- The position is to lead strategy for a set of diverse clients in future forward thinking across business, media, data and technology.
- This will involve integrated capability in traditional & digital media, search and content marketing, measurement and attribution, creation and application of strategic frameworks and cross category business understanding.
- This role also involves communication with global teams and bringing together the best of WPP Media to clients as well as internal teams.

Measures of success:
In Three Months:.
- Build relationships with the key decision makers at client side and within the company.
- Be an expert on the client's business proactively engaging with senior clients and actively shaping the quality of WPP Media delivery.
- Develop a deep understanding and begun to use WPP Open and the products and tools therein.
- Build confidence with team members within immediate team and within peers.
In Six Months:
- Proactively delivering additional value to the client, leading the team to successfully implement strategic initiatives that will improve the WPP Media delivery and client's business outcomes.
- Established as the lead by both clients and internal teams alike.

Responsibilities Of The Role:
- Leads a team of diverse individuals to deliver to a client's business.
- Provide strategy communications and planning leadership on the client's business across categories.
-Partner with the account heads and functional heads, push needle on Marketing Excellence and Digital Excellence.
- Demonstrates strong understanding of ecosystem, brand, category and consumer to derive insights.
- Infuse best in class practices and frameworks, both from domestic as well as international learnings.
- Communicate complex ideas/insights in a way that all understand and apply.
- Integrates relevant multimedia opportunities into campaign plans.
- Leading and orchestrating new business pitches.
- Leverage extended WPP ecosystem to build hard working solutions for client.
Skills And Experience:
- 12+ years of experience with at least 10 years in the media industry.
- Demonstrate exposure and management of senior clients/ stakeholders as well as leading a team.
- Integrated media and marketing knowledge, including traditional media, digital media, data, research and insights.
- Creative problem solving and ability to join multiple dots across domains.
- An attitude of curiosity and continuous learning both for self as well as infuse the same culture within the team.
- Comfort with multiple kinds and sources of data, both structured and unstructured.
- Fantastic presentation and storytelling skills.
