Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to the Franchisee partner on driving sales across all format and brands at region and store level
- Drive the property expansion and build/strengthen relationships with malls via group entities
- Lead conversations to define metrics and design guardrails to drive operations. e.g. profitability by store, growth, market share, time taken to become profitable, etc. and constantly conduct reviews with Franchisee partner to ensure we meet our targets as committed to the brands
- Guide the Franchisee teams to implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to drive revenue plan, cost control, shrinkage management and reduction and audit compliance
- Strengthen relationships with individual brands and brand heads
- Drive a cohesive consumer experience across markets with a customer first approach via Franchisee
- Be a Crossfunctional anchor liasoning with the marketing team and provide inputs to design the marketing plan at the brand level
- Conduct regular reviews with Franchise for sales performance through data-driven insights and market analysis.
- Responsible for workforce planning and organization structure for said department.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/ PG 15+ years experience in retail sales/ operations.
- Understanding of retail dynamics with experience across operations, VM, buying etc.
- Proven experience conflict management , problem solving and stakeholder management
