Job Purpose:

Provide strategic leadership for the assigned development portfolio, overseeing Directors and Managers responsible for delivering multiple large-scale luxury and mixed-use projects from inception to completion.

Drive value creation through master planning, design management, commercial strategy, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring developments align with the company's vision, brand positioning, and exceptional quality standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead the assigned development portfolio, setting priorities and performance standards for Development Directors and Managers in line with the company's strategy.

- Oversee feasibility studies, business cases, and investment appraisals for new opportunities.

- Direct master planning, design management, and delivery strategies to maximize commercial returns.

- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Construction, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Mentor and develop senior leadership within the department to ensure succession planning and capability building.

- Engage with investors, authorities, and stakeholders to secure approvals, partnerships, and strategic support.

- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and risks, implementing mitigation plans where needed.

- Champion innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation in development processes.

- Represent the company at executive, industry, and public forums.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).

Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in real estate development, with at least 5 years in senior development leadership.

- Proven record delivering large-scale luxury and high-value developments, including mixed-use or master-planned communities.

- Experience managing Development Directors and Managers, and leading multidisciplinary teams across large project portfolios.

- Track record in complex stakeholder environments, including investors, government entities, and joint venture partners.
