We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader for a Senior Manager - Programs role to drive high-impact road safety initiatives across a designated region in India.

This is a senior leadership position for a strategic professional who can translate national strategy into on-ground results, manage complex government relationships, and lead high-performing regional teams. You will act as the regional face of the organization and play a critical role in driving system-level change in road safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of regional programs, including Zero-Fatality Corridor (ZFC) and Zero-Fatality District (ZFD) models

- Oversee regional operations, milestones, quality standards, and outcomes

- Build and manage strong, trust-based relationships with senior state and district government officials

- Represent the organization in high-level government and stakeholder forums

- Drive innovation, learning, and adoption of best practices in road safety

- Lead, mentor, and develop multi-disciplinary regional teams

What Were Looking For:

- 12+ years of experience in program management, public policy, infrastructure, or related domains

- 5+ years in senior leadership or strategic management roles

- Strong government liaison, advocacy, and stakeholder management experience

- Proven people leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

- Willingness to travel extensively and work closely with field realities

- Strong alignment with social impact and mission-driven work
