Senior Director/Operations Head - West Region - 3PL Logistics

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Leader for the role of Sr. Director / Operation Head West Region for a leading 3PL logistics organization. The ideal candidate must come from the 3PL logistics industry with strong exposure to large-scale warehouse operations, especially within FMCG supply chain environments.

This is a strategic leadership role requiring a hard-core operations professional with strong commercial acumen, proven experience in handling large teams, driving operational excellence, and managing high-revenue business operations.

Candidates currently working at Sr. Director / Regional Head / National Operations leadership levels will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations for the West Region.

- Drive operational excellence across multiple warehouses and client locations.

- Own and manage regional P&L responsibility of 150200 Cr.

Lead and mentor a large operations structure including:

1. 20 Managers

2. 5 Project Heads

3. 2000+ workforce including blue-collar manpower.

- Ensure high levels of operational efficiency, productivity, and service delivery.

- Develop and implement scalable warehouse operational strategies and SOPs.

- Drive cost optimization, process improvement, automation, and productivity initiatives.

- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, HR, transport, procurement, and business teams.

- Support strategic business initiatives and contribute towards business growth and client engagement activities.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Must currently be working in the 3PL logistics industry.

- Strong hands-on experience in hardcore warehouse operations is mandatory.

- Proven experience in managing large-scale warehousing operations within FMCG supply chain environments.

- Candidates should currently be at Sr. Director / Regional Operations Head / Senior Leadership level roles.

- Strong experience in handling large manpower operations and multi-site operations.

- Demonstrated P&L management experience of 150200 Cr business size.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Preferred age bracket: Around 45 years.

Preferred Background:

- Candidates from reputed 3PL/logistics organizations handling FMCG clients will be highly preferred.

Education:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.

- MBA preferred.
