Senior Director - Network Strategy & Optimization - Supply Chain

- The Senior Director - Network Strategy & Optimization will lead the design, optimization, and transformation of the end-to-end supply chain and distribution network. This role will be responsible for long-term network strategy, capacity planning, cost optimization, service level improvement, and data-driven decision-making across manufacturing plants, warehouses, fulfillment centers, and transportation networks.

- The incumbent will work closely with CXOs, operations, finance, and technology teams to enable scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient supply chain networks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and own end-to-end network strategy covering manufacturing footprint, warehouses, DCs, fulfillment centers, and last-mile distribution

- Lead network design, optimization, and scenario modeling for cost, service, and resilience

- Drive capacity planning, throughput optimization, and demand-supply alignment

- Evaluate make vs buy, outsourcing, 3PL/4PL strategy, and logistics partner optimization

- Lead large-scale transformation initiatives including consolidation, expansion, and greenfield/brownfield projects

- Develop business cases, ROI models, and capex justification for network investments

- Drive cost optimization across warehousing, transportation, inventory, and working capital

- Collaborate with digital, analytics, and IT teams to leverage advanced planning tools and optimization models

- Establish governance, KPIs, and performance dashboards for network efficiency

- Lead and mentor senior leaders and cross-functional teams across regions

- Support M&A integration, new market entry, and strategic growth initiatives
