We are looking for a senior leader in multispecialty medical coding who has evolved beyond operations and now plays a strategic role in designing training programs, building curriculum frameworks, and developing large groups of medical coders at scale.

This is a high-impact leadership role with ownership of training, quality, and capability building across multiple business units and clients.

Role Overview:

- Lead training strategy and curriculum design for multispecialty medical coding (IP & OP)

- Build scalable, outcome-driven learning frameworks for large coder populations

- Drive quality calibration, SOPs, governance, and continuous improvement

- Partner closely with operations, QA, analytics, and product teams

- Influence training and quality outcomes across multiple locations and clients

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, restructure, and govern training programs and curriculum

- Lead training initiatives for new and existing clients

- Close training gaps using data, audits, and feedback loops

- Build dashboards and governance for training & quality performance

- Collaborate with US stakeholders and global QA teams

- Drive transformation initiatives including automation and analytics

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 18+ years of experience in multispecialty medical coding (IP & OP)

- Strong hands-on experience in training, curriculum design, and quality leadership

- Proven experience managing large medical coding teams

- Deep understanding of US healthcare, RCM, compliance, and audits

- Exposure to automation, AI, and analytics is a strong plus

- CPC certification mandatory
