Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Director / Head Lending to lead and scale the companys lending business. This role will own strategy, P&L, partnerships, and portfolio performance, working closely with product, data, and growth teams to expand lending adoption across millions of users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the lending business strategy and P&L, driving portfolio growth and revenue.

- Partner with product, analytics, and growth teams to improve lending journeys and approval funnels.

- Build and manage partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and credit infrastructure providers.

- Drive improvements in disbursals, activation, portfolio quality, and risk-adjusted returns.

- Lead and scale teams across partnerships, portfolio management, and business operations.

- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and responsible lending frameworks.

Ideal Candidate:

- 12+ years of experience in consumer lending, fintech, banking, or NBFCs.

- Experience scaling digital lending products or loan portfolios.

- Strong understanding of lending economics, underwriting, and partner-led lending models.

- Proven experience managing bank/NBFC partnerships and leading teams in high-growth environments.
