Senior Director/MD equivalent-Investment Banking Account Leader - Private Equity

We are seeking a senior leader who combines:

1. Deep Private Equity industry context,

2. Proven CXO relationship leadership, and

3. Strong delivery governance to drive profitable growth and outstanding client outcomes.

This role owns a portfolio of Private Equity clients (and/or one strategic PE account), with end-to-end accountability for revenue growth, delivery excellence, commercial outcomes, and strategic transformation agendas across onshore and offshore teams with a strong focus on stabilizing the current operating model and rebuilding client confidence.

This is a "hands-on leadership" role for someone who can simultaneously:

- Build and expand trusted relationships with PE Operating Partners, CFO/COO, CPO, CTO/CIO, and Heads of Finance/Operations,

- Shape and close complex services deals (managed services, transformation programs, platform modernization, data/analytics, and operations outsourcing),

- And run delivery rigorously across global teams (US + offshore centers) with strong governance and measurable outcomes.
