Senior Director - Information Security - Pharma

Description:

Experience Required:

- Engineering graduates with 1520 years in IT/OT Security, with at least 7 years in leadership roles

- Exposure to large, diversified conglomerates with global operation

- Proven track record in building security strategy and incident response at scale

- Very good knowledge of Cybersecurity Frameworks & Standards is a must.

- Experience in the Pharma industry is a MUST

Job Role:

Cyber Defence:

- Cloud Security, End Point security, Threat Detection & Response, Threat Intelligence & Hunting, Application Security, Vulnerability Management

Cybersecurity Strategy, Architecture & Program:

- Define the long-term cybersecurity vision and align it with business and digital transformation goals

- Establish and govern enterprise security architecture standards across IT, OT, cloud, and applications.

- Drive group-wide programs such as Zero Trust, cloud security, and OT/ICS security modernization.

Data Security & Privacy:

- Web security, Engineering Incident / Request Resolution, DLP Incident Response & Resolution, Privacy Compliance, Data classification and Privacy

Risk and Compliance

Awareness and Training

- Expertise in AWS & Azure security controls; CSPM, CIEM, encryption, and shared responsibility models.

Experience in working with Regulators (FDA, CERT-In) will be a Big advantage
