Hiring: Senior Director - Global Talent Acquisition | Bangalore

We are hiring for a Senior Talent Acquisition Leadership role with an $800 Million IT Services - Consulting - Automation company based in Bangalore.

We are looking for an experienced TA leader who can manage Global Hiring and Technologies, Verticals and Functions, work closely with senior business leaders and clients, and build strong recruitment teams.

What will you do?

Talent Strategy:

- Develop hiring strategies based on business and growth requirements

- Advise senior stakeholders on talent availability and market trends

- Support workforce planning and hiring decisions

Technology Hiring:

- Lead hiring across technology and emerging skill areas

- Build talent pools and talent communities

- Develop new and effective sourcing strategies

- Keep track of technology talent and startup hiring trends

Recruitment Delivery:

- Manage large-scale and high-volume hiring programs

- Ensure hiring targets, timelines and quality are met

- Track recruitment performance through KPIs and metrics

- Manage ATS and recruitment processes

Client - Stakeholder Management:

- Work closely with senior client stakeholders

- Build strong and long-term relationships

- Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction

- Identify opportunities to grow existing client engagements

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor large recruitment teams

- Build strong sourcing and recruitment capabilities

- Manage distributed teams and create a high-performance culture

Vendor Management:

- Manage recruitment partners and vendors

- Monitor performance and manage recruitment costs

What are we looking for?

- 15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience

- Strong experience in Technology - IT hiring

- Experience managing large-scale or high-volume recruitment

- Experience leading and scaling recruitment teams

- Strong stakeholder and client management skills

- Ability to work with senior leadership and provide talent insights

- Strong understanding of technology talent markets
