Senior Director - Global Product Management - SDV/HPC Platform

About the Opportunity :

Our client is hiring for a global product leadership role with a leading technology organization operating at the forefront of Software Defined Vehicles (SDV), High Performance Computing (HPC), embedded platforms, and next-generation mobility solutions.

The role offers an opportunity to drive global product strategy, platform evolution, commercialization, and business growth across advanced automotive software and compute platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for HPC / SDV platforms.

- Own end-to-end product portfolio direction, business planning, and commercial outcomes.

- Translate customer and market requirements into scalable product offerings and platform capabilities.

- Drive product lifecycle management, roadmap prioritization, pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy.

- Manage product P&L, business forecasting, investment governance, and portfolio performance.

- Lead strategic customer engagements and partner ecosystem collaborations.

- Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Product Marketing, and global stakeholders to drive execution.

- Lead and mentor a global team of Product Managers.

- Drive AI adoption and modern product development practices across the portfolio.

- Support global go-to-market initiatives and market expansion strategies.

Desired Profile:

- 18+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Platform Leadership roles.

- Prior experience leading global product teams.

- Strong exposure to SDV, embedded systems, automotive software, HPC platforms, cloud computing, or compute-intensive systems.

- Experience managing product/business P&L and commercial product ownership.

- Strong understanding of platform strategy, ecosystem partnerships, and product scaling.

- Experience working with OEMs, Tier-1s, technology companies, or large engineering ecosystems.

- Exposure to AI-enabled products/platforms will be an added advantage.

- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Background:

- Engineering degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related disciplines.

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
