Senior Director - Finance

Job Description:

- Lead the finance department, overseeing financial operations, accounting processes, and the finance team of 5-6 people in India as well as a global team.

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.

- Manage the preparation of all financial reporting, including monthly financial statements, budget variance analysis, and year-end financial reports.

- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.

- Work closely with senior management to develop and control the company's annual budget.

- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team.

- Manage cash flow and forecasting, develop a reliable cash flow projection process, and reporting mechanism.

- Establish and develop relations with senior management, external partners, and stakeholders.

- Analyze and manage risk, including credit, market, liquidity, and operational risks.

- Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, offering insights and financial advice that will allow the company to make informed business decisions.

- Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices.
