Senior Director of Engineering - Ad Tech Platforms

Job Description :

We are seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to lead the architecture, development, and scale of our global Ad Tech platforms, including Supply-Side Platform (SSP), Demand-Side Platform (DSP), and real-time ad serving platforms across display and video.

This leader will own end-to-end ad tech systems from bid ingestion and auction systems to ad decisioning, delivery, measurement, and downstream data platforms. The role requires deep expertise in low-latency distributed systems, high-throughput event processing, and large-scale data platforms.

You will be responsible for building and scaling systems that handle millions of QPS, real-time bidding, and petabyte-scale data, while ensuring high availability, performance, and monetization efficiency across global markets.

Required Skills and Experience :

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.

Experience :

1. 12+ years of experience building and scaling distributed systems and data platforms

2. 5+ years in engineering leadership roles managing large, cross-functional teams

3. Proven experience in AdTech (SSP, DSP, Ad Server, Exchange, or Measurement systems)

4. Experience owning end-to-end ad platforms from real-time systems to data pipelines

5. Strong experience with high-QPS, low-latency systems in production environments
