Senior Director/Director - Investor Relations & Corporate Development

Title : Senior Director / Director - Investor Relations & Corporate Development

Location : Delhi NCR

Role & Responsibilities :

- Lead and own the company's Investor Relations & M&A program - from results preparation to managing relationships with investors, analysts, and attending industry conferences.

- Shape and communicate the company's narrative to the market, maintaining transparency and trust.

- Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate development opportunities, focusing on new business drivers and inorganic growth

- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the Organisation to drive organic and inorganic growth strategies

- Lead Fundraising initiatives for both listed parent company and unlisted subsidiaries

Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills :

- PG / MBA / CA with 8-14 years of experience in Investor Relations , Corporate Development, M&A , Fundraising Roles for listed companies,

- Experience working with listed corporates and fast-paced companies, preferably in Financial services or Investment Banking or e-Commerce or IT Services Organisation.

- Strong financial acumen with expertise in transaction structuring, public/private market fund raising, M&A execution, and Investor Relations (IR) leadership

- Well-connected with a strong network of buy-side analysts, investors, and banking professionals

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to represent the company confidently in market forums

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
