
SharePoint Leadership
- Lead modernization efforts, including migration to SharePoint Online and integration with Microsoft 365
- Define content management strategies, metadata standards, and user adoption plans
AI Strategy & Implementation
- Collaborate with data science teams to embed AI into SharePoint and support operations
- Evaluate and deploy tools like Microsoft Syntex, Copilot, and Azure AI services
Enterprise Support Management
- Implement ITIL best practices and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Monitor support KPIs and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction
Quality Control & Compliance
- Conduct regular audits, performance reviews, and root cause analyses
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR, HIPAA)
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships
- Present performance metrics and strategic roadmaps to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise IT leadership, with deep expertise in SharePoint, Gen AI and Artificial intelligence.
- Proven experience managing support operations and quality control programs
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise AI tools
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and team-building skills
