Role Summary

- This is a business-facing finance leadership role, not a traditional accounting mandate.

- You will work directly with the CFO to own end-to-end controllership, strengthen financial discipline, and translate numbers into actionable insights for leadership.

Immediate Priorities (First 3-6 Months)

- Stabilize and strengthen financial reporting and month-end closure across entities

- Build tighter governance on revenue recognition, margins, and cost structures

- Anchor business reviews with leadership, driving insight-led decisions

- Strengthen audit readiness, compliance, and internal controls

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end controllership: financial accounting, reporting, audits, compliance, and internal controls

- Track and influence business performance across revenue, margins, and cost levers

- Lead audits and compliance engagements, acting as the primary interface with external stakeholders

- Drive monthly business reviews with leadership teams, translating numbers into decisions

- Partner with operating teams to improve working capital, cost efficiency, and overall financial health

- Support IPO-related finance and compliance readiness, where applicable

- Build and lead a high-performing finance team

Ideal Candidate

- Chartered Accountant with 13+ years of experience in controllership

- Strong exposure to scale and complexity (multi-entity, high-volume operations)

- Experience in high-growth, listed, or IPO-bound environments preferred

- Strong business finance orientation, not just accounting expertise

- Ability to influence leadership and drive cross-functional outcomes

- Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills
