The Mandate:

We are partnering with a leading global organization to appoint a senior Communications leader to shape and elevate the voice of its India Global Capability Center.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, brand, talent, and reputation. The incumbent will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving executive communication, enterprise storytelling, media engagement, and crisis preparedness in a highly matrixed multinational environment.

What You Will Drive:

- Architect and execute an enterprise-wide communications strategy aligned to growth and transformation priorities.

- Position the India GCC as a strategic global hub through strong executive visibility and thought leadership.

- Lead internal communications to strengthen culture, engagement, and leadership alignment.

- Manage media relations, public affairs, and brand reputation with maturity and strategic judgment.

- Establish robust crisis communication frameworks and response protocols.

- Partner closely with global stakeholders across business, HR, marketing, and enabling functions.

- Build and mentor a high-performing communications team.

Ideal Profile:

- 15-23 years of Corporate Communications experience with significant leadership tenure.

- Currently heading or having led Communications within a GCC / Global In-house Center or large multinational.

- Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and global stakeholders.

- Proven track record in reputation management, executive profiling, and crisis communications.

- Strategic thinker with resilience to operate in complex, high-visibility environments.

- High integrity, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to inclusion.
