Description:


- Location: Bangalore / Coimbatore, India


- Travel: Multi Geography exposure India + at least or both US, Europe

- Qualifications: MBA Finance OR Company Secretary (CS)

- MANDATORY: 15+ years of experience with exposure in Manufacturing Industry or Large MNCs

- Proven experience leading compliance teams in global organizations

- Strong exposure to India + US / Europe regulatory frameworks

We are looking for a Senior Director Compliance who will be the overall owner of compliance for the organization and a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Audit Committee. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can proactively prevent risks, build a strong compliance culture, and drive governance excellence across the enterprise.

What Youll Do:

- Own and lead the enterprise-wide compliance framework

- Act as the go-to compliance expert for leadership

- Track and implement Indian & Global regulations (US & Europe)

- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, etc.)

- Present dashboards, risk insights & reports to Senior Management & Audit Committee

- Lead audits, reviews, investigations & corrective actions

- Drive process improvements, SOPs, RACI & governance standards

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing compliance team

- Promote a strong ethical culture and compliance-first mindset
