Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Director - Capital Markets (Core Execution) to lead and execute high-value real estate investment transactions. The role requires a proven track record in deal structuring, investment sales, and end-to-end execution within the Indian real estate capital markets. You will engage with institutional investors, REITs, private equity funds, developers, corporates, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), driving impactful transactions across asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute real estate capital market transactions across office, retail, logistics, residential, and hospitality sectors.

- Manage the full transaction lifecycle: origination, due diligence, structuring, negotiations, documentation, and closure.

- Develop and sustain strong relationships with domestic and global investors, REITs, PE funds, corporates, developers, and HNIs.

- Conduct market research, financial modelling, valuations, and pricing strategies to support transactions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including advisory, research, legal, and finance.

- Lead client pitches, proposals, and represent the firm at industry forums.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and risk management practices.

- Drive business development through industry connections and pipeline growth.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

- 8-12+ years in capital markets, investment banking, or real estate transactions with a proven track record of large-ticket deals (USD 500mn+ cumulative GAV).

- Prior experience in core execution roles within capital markets, investment sales, or debt advisory, ideally at leading international property consultants or global investment banks.

- MBA/PG degree in Business, Finance, or related field; certifications like CFA/NCFM are a plus.

- Strong understanding of real estate financial instruments, deal structures, and regulatory frameworks in India.

- Demonstrated capabilities in deal origination, business development, and client relationship management.

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Background

- Proven leadership in managing complex transactions and diverse teams.

- Established network in Mumbai/West India real estate markets.

- Experience thriving in fast-paced, matrix-driven environments.
