Senior Director - BFSI/PR Agency

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead corporate and financial communications for publicly listed and privately held organizations within BFSI sector

- Advise senior leadership on investor relations, IPO communications, and capital market engagements

- Oversee earnings communications, annual reports, analyst and investor interactions

- Lead crisis and reputation management mandates involving financial and regulatory sensitivity

- Drive CEO positioning, thought leadership, and media strategy

- Own practice-level revenue targets, profitability, and business growth

- Lead, mentor, and develop senior account teams and Collaborate with internal and global teams on integrated communication programs

Candidate Profile:

- 15-20+ years of experience in corporate and/or financial communications

- Strong hands-on exposure to investor relations, IPOs, and regulatory communications

- Proven experience in client leadership, revenue ownership, and team management

- Track record of working with C-suite stakeholders

- Background with leading PR / communications agencies preferred

- Experience in BFSI, capital markets, or listed companies is a strong plus
