About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex web, mobile, and digital platform initiatives for global clients. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and client engagement, driving high-impact digital programs within a fast-paced agency environment.

You will work closely with designers, developers, strategists, and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.

Note: This role supports global clients and requires working in either the US Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST) or UK Shift (2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST).

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects across websites, mobile applications, and platform solutions

- Manage multiple global client accounts and act as the primary delivery owner

- Drive Agile execution including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and delivery trackers

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, engineering, QA, and strategy

- Ensure alignment between business goals, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines

- Manage scope, budgets, governance, and delivery accountability

- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks

- Coordinate distributed teams across multiple geographies aligned to global time zones

- Ensure quality standards and successful project outcomes

Required Experience:

- 14+ years overall experience with strong senior-level project management exposure

- Proven experience delivering end-to-end digital projects (web & mobile mandatory)

- Experience managing digital product delivery in agency/service-based environments

- Hands-on Agile delivery experience and Scrum leadership

- Strong stakeholder management with global clients (US/UK preferred)

- Experience managing cross-functional teams across locations

- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects

- Comfortable working in US or UK business hours supporting global stakeholders

Tools & Technical Exposure:

- Strong working experience with Jira (epics, sprint tracking, bug management)

- Experience managing CMS-based projects:

WordPress / Sitecore / Umbraco (mandatory exposure)

- Understanding of digital platforms and product ecosystems

- Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or DAM platforms is a plus
