A leading global quantitative trading firm is hiring a developer to work on a mission-critical risk and pricing platform that powers intraday and end-of-day P&L calculations, scenario analysis, and risk analytics across asset classes. The role involves building and enhancing distributed services, improving performance and scalability of cloud-based systems, and developing new risk scenarios and analytics capabilities. The developer will collaborate closely with global engineering teams while contributing to the long-term stability and modernization of the trading risk platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and enhance distributed services supporting pricing, P&L, and risk analytics.

- Develop new scenario analysis capabilities and support additional financial instruments.

- Improve platform scalability, performance, and reliability within cloud-based infrastructure.

- Contribute to architectural improvements and reduction of technical debt.

- Collaborate with global engineering teams to maintain and evolve mission-critical systems.

- Support modernization of system components including APIs and user interfaces.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 5-7 years of software development experience.

- Strong expertise in C# and SQL within backend or distributed systems environments.

- Prior experience working on risk, pricing, trading, or P&L systems in financial markets.

- Solid understanding of service-oriented and messaging-based architectures.

- Familiarity with financial instruments such as FX, Rates, Credit, Futures, or Equities.

- Ability to work onsite in Bengaluru and collaborate with global teams.
