Senior Delivery Manager - HR Technology - SAP SuccessFactors

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Delivery Manager to spearhead our HR technology transformation initiatives in Abu Dhabi. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex SAP SuccessFactors implementations, ensuring that our HR digital ecosystem aligns perfectly with global business objectives. You will act as the primary bridge between executive stakeholders, internal technical teams, and our clients, fostering a culture of operational excellence and strategic alignment. By driving high-impact delivery, you will directly influence the efficiency of human capital management processes, ensuring that our clients leverage technology to foster a more agile, data-driven, and employee-centric organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large-scale, multi-phase SAP SuccessFactors delivery programs to ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and quality benchmarks.

- Manage complex stakeholder relationships by providing transparent reporting, proactive risk mitigation, and strategic guidance to senior leadership.

- Oversee cross-functional delivery teams, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes technical excellence and adherence to global HR best practices.

- Optimize service delivery frameworks to improve operational efficiency and ensure seamless integration across diverse HR modules.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance metrics and implementing feedback loops that enhance overall service quality and user experience.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale SAP SuccessFactors deployments, with a deep understanding of the full implementation lifecycle.

- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence executive-level decision-makers through clear, data-backed communication.

- Strong proficiency in Service Delivery Management, with a track record of maintaining high client satisfaction scores in fast-paced, international environments.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of leading diverse, global teams and fostering high-performance cultures across remote and on-site settings.

- Ability to thrive in the dynamic Abu Dhabi business landscape, adapting quickly to regional requirements while maintaining global delivery standards.

- A Master's degree or equivalent professional qualification is preferred, complemented by a career trajectory that reflects 16 to 17 years of progressive responsibility in HR technology delivery.
