Senior Data Scientist - Pharma Domain

Job Description for Sr. data Scientist:

Must Haves:

- Generative AI

- Python

- Hands-on exp on any cloud- GCP , Azure , AWS .

- Experience in the pharmaceutical/pharma domain or regulated industries

Required Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience developing GenAI / Machine Learning models and deploying them in cloud environments.

- Strong proficiency with cloud platforms and AI/ML services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Run.

- Experience working with agentic frameworks.

- Solid understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and implementation.

- Strong software engineering skills with Python, including experience with ML frameworks and API development.

- Experience designing and deploying microservices architectures and containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (GKE preferred).

Proven experience in MLOps, including:

1. Model versioning

2. Experiment tracking

3. Automated training pipelines

4. Feature stores

5. Model registries

6. Monitoring and governance

Strong data processing and analytics skills:

1. SQL

2. Data pipelines

3. ETL/ELT processes

4. Data quality and visualization support

- Good understanding of cloud security, IAM, and data privacy/compliance principles.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.

- Ability to translate business problems into scalable ML solutions and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
