Senior Data Scientist - Healthcare AI

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Data Scientist to build scalable AI solutions for the healthcare ecosystem. You will work on exciting applications across Vision AI, Medical Imaging, NLP, Voice AI, Smart Rx Digitisation, Predictive Analytics, and Intelligent Automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for real-world healthcare and business problems.

- Build end-to-end ML pipelines covering data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

- Work with structured and unstructured data, including text, images, voice, and clinical data.

- Develop solutions using Computer Vision, NLP, Transformers, LLMs, and Deep Learning.

- Build scalable, high-performance, production-ready AI/ML systems.

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy and continuously improve ML models.

Required Skills:

- 3 - 7 years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.

- Strong programming skills in Python. Hands-on experience with Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and/or PyTorch.

- Strong understanding of ML techniques including Classification, Regression, Clustering, and Predictive Modelling.

- Experience with CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, Transfer Learning, and LLM's/SLM's.

- Experience in NLP and/or Computer Vision.

- Proven experience building and deploying ML models in production.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience in Healthcare, Medical Imaging, EMR/EHR, or Insurance Analytics.

- Exposure to Voice AI and multimodal AI applications.

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
