Job Description :
- We are seeking a mid-level HR AI Architect to design and implement AI driven solutions that transform HR operations in a fast paced IT services environment.
- The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and HR process knowledge with experience architecting intelligent systems that improve talent management workforce planning and operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and support the implementation of AIML solutions across HR functions including recruitment workforce analytics employee experience and LD.
- Collaborate with HR IT and data teams to integrate AI tools into existing HR platforms eg Workday SAP Success Factors Oracle HCM Define technical architecture and data flows for AI systems tailored to HR needs Lead initiatives to deploy predictive analytics models e.g. attrition risk talent matching and intelligent automation eg resume parsing chatbot based onboarding.
- Ensure AI solutions follow industry best practices for data privacy ethics and compliance GDPR CCPA.
- Continuously assess emerging HR AI tools and recommend relevant technologies and vendors Support scalability and optimization of AI models in a multi client service based HR environment.
