Job Title: Senior Data Scientist Location: Remote Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Data Scientist to join our Marketing and Product Analytics team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse data, build models, and generate insights that drive key decisions across our marketing and product functions. Responsibilities - Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights on user behaviour, marketing performance, and product engagement. - Create clear, concise dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders. - Partner with product managers, marketers, and engineers to design experiments and evaluate their outcomes. - Continuously identify opportunities to improve decision-making through data. - Extract, clean, and transform data to ensure quality and usability across analytics initiatives. - Build, validate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models to solve business problems. Required Skills - Proficient in Python and SQL (MySQL or Redshift experience preferred). - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly). - Solid understanding of machine learning, A/B testing, customer segmentation and statistical analysis. - Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to working with complex datasets. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly o non-technical audiences. - Highly motivated and collaborative to excel in a fast-paced remote environment. Education and Background - B.E./B.Tech. from a Tier I College (IITs/NITs/BITS) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. - 3-5 years of experience in an analytics/data science role. Prior experience in marketing/customer analytics required. - Prior experience working in a consumer-tech, credit/lending or fintech environment is a plus.
