Role Overview:

- As a Senior Data Modeler, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level data models to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.

- The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to ensure high-quality data solutions across domains such as Supply Chain and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement data warehouse architectures and target system models.

- Develop, optimize, and maintain data pipelines across heterogeneous systems.

- Perform data modeling using dimensional modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake) to support BI and analytics.

- Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.

- Utilize RDBMS technologies such as Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server for database development.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integration across platforms.

- Support development of ETL workflows using tools like Informatica, Talend, Pentaho, or SSIS.

- Contribute to finance and supply chain projects, particularly around OMP, S&OP, APO, SAP, HFM, and

Adaptive tools.

- Provide technical expertise and mentoring to junior data engineers and developers.

Must Have Skills: Databricks, Oracle, Data Modeler, Erwin , SQL

External Description:

Technical - 8+ years Experience

- 8 years of experience in Data Warehousing, ETL Development, or Data Engineering.

- Strong knowledge of DWH architectures and target system design.

- Hands-on experience with at least one RDBMS: Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, etc.

- Proficiency in SQL programming and database development.

- Solid experience in Data Modeling (Dimensional, Star Schema, Snowflake).

- Hands-on with at least one ETL tool: Informatica, Talend, Pentaho, SSIS, etc.

- Experience in building data pipelines and ingestion frameworks across heterogeneous systems.

- Domain knowledge in Supply Chain Planning (OMP, S&OP, APO) and Finance (SAP, HFM).

- Experience with finance planning tools (Adaptive) and related data flows.
