As a Data Analyst, specializing in customers, visits, GMV and growth, you will be instrumental in analyzing data to derive insights that enhance our customer acquisition, engagement, retention and GMV strategies. Your work will directly impact our efforts to attract and retain customers, driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Collection & Management: Gather, clean and manage large datasets from diverse sources such as website analytics, CRM systems and marketing platforms.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous quality checks and validation.

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, conversion data and GMV to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customers, visits, GMV and growth.

- Customer Insights & Segmentation: Conduct customer segmentation analysis to identify distinct customer groups and tailor strategies to target each segment effectively.

- Provide insights into customer journeys and behavior to enhance user experience and increase engagement.

- Growth Strategy Support: Assist in the development and execution of data-driven growth strategies, including A/B testing, campaign analysis and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success teams to implement growth initiatives and measure their impact on visits and GMV.

- Market & Competitor Analysis: Competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify best practices. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to inform growth strategies.

- GMV Optimization: Analyze factors impacting GMV and provide actionable insights to optimize pricing, promotions and product assortments.

- Monitor and report on the performance of GMV growth initiatives and campaigns.

- Communication & Collaboration:


- Present findings and insights to stakeholders clearly and concisely.


- Work collaboratively with team members to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, B.E., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

- 1+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in an e-commerce or consumer tech environment.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R or similar.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.

- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
