About the Role:
We're looking for a sharp and curious Data Analyst who's excited to dig into data, uncover insights, and help shape the decisions behind India's fastest-growing jewelry platform. You'll work across teams to track business performance, understand customer behavior, and create dashboards that make data accessible to everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data across product, marketing, operations, and finance functions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business KPIs.
- Use Mixpanel (or similar analytics tools) to understand customer journeys, funnels, and product flows.
- Identify actionable insights to improve customer experience and engagement.
- Partner with stakeholders to measure business performance, including revenue, margins, and cost metrics.
- Support product teams in evaluating feature performance and suggesting improvements.
- Write efficient SQL queries and ensure data accuracy for reporting.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in e-commerce or consumer tech.
- Strong expertise in SQL.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
- Good understanding of customer lifecycle, retention, and conversion metrics.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
- Background in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- Exposure to Python/R for advanced analytics.
