Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Analyst to join our Bangalore-based team, focusing on the intersection of advanced data analytics and generative AI automation. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex financial datasets and actionable business intelligence by leveraging cutting-edge tools like Power Automate, Copilot, Langchain, and Langgraph. You will work closely with cross-functional leadership and global stakeholders to transform manual workflows into intelligent, automated systems. By architecting robust data pipelines and deploying AI-driven solutions, you will directly influence strategic decision-making, optimize operational efficiency, and drive significant business value across our financial reporting and analytics landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement sophisticated automation workflows using Power Automate and Copilot to streamline repetitive financial reporting tasks and reduce manual intervention.

- Develop and deploy LLM-based applications using Langchain and Langgraph to extract deep insights from unstructured data, enhancing the quality of financial forecasting.

- Architect end-to-end data solutions by integrating SAP ERP data with Power BI dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time, high-fidelity visibility into business performance.

- Execute complex SQL queries and Python-based data modeling to solve intricate business problems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for executive-level reporting.

- Collaborate with internal business units to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable technical specifications, ensuring all AI and analytics initiatives align with long-term organizational goals.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building AI-powered automation frameworks using Langchain, Langgraph, and Microsoft Copilot to solve enterprise-scale challenges.

- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, coupled with a strong command of Power BI for creating intuitive, high-impact data visualizations.

- Proven ability to navigate complex SAP environments, extracting and transforming financial data into meaningful business intelligence.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical AI concepts to non-technical leadership and influence strategic outcomes.

- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

- A minimum of 7 - 15 years of experience in data analytics, financial analysis, or a related quantitative field, ideally supported by a degree from a top-tier institution.
