Senior Credit Manager

Role : Sr Credit Manager (1 Nos)

Location : Pune

Industry : Banking / NBFC

Relevant Required Experience : (10-12) Years min.

Salary Range : As per industry Standard (max 25 Lakhs)

Qualification : MBA (Finance), CA, ICWA and CFA, etc.

The role description is mentioned below:

- Analysing/underwriting of Home Loan, Loan against Property, Lease Rental Discounting, and any other retail products offered by the bank.

- Due Diligence / Credit Checks / Credit analysis, Credit assessment of the Loan, as per the credit policy.

- Coordination with the Business department for the processing of loans till final disbursement.

- Developing, maintaining and managing relationships with business generators like DSAs, Connectors, Chartered Accountants other financial consultants.

- Responsible for maintaining a good loan portfolio for the Mortgage business in the region

- Undertaking site visits of properties to be mortgaged and residences of borrowers, as well as ensuring due diligence and KYC of borrowers.

- Ensuring proper documentation and Disbursement of retail Loans, following up and clearing PDD

- Thorough knowledge of various Retail Banking products.

- Understanding the intricacies of various cases and filtering them so that only appropriate cases are put up for approval.
