Designation: Senior Credit Analyst

Location: Mumbai Qualification preferences: CA/MBA(Finance)

Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit underwriting for Supply Chain Finance/Working Capital loan products (Corporates & MSMEs).

Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience of working with a Fintech/NBFC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessment, review, and recommendation of credit proposals to the approving authority following detailed due diligence.

- Take complete ownership of credit underwriting and credit administration tasks.

- Perform detailed credit assessments of prospective anchors for Supply Chain Finance programs.

- This includes analysis of the company's business model, product offerings, management, dealer/vendor ecosystem, past credit ratings, market, and reference checks.

- Carry out financial analysis, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statements, Ratio Analysis, CMA preparation with projections, and sensitivity analysis, and recommend findings to the approving authority.

- Analyse various data related to the company for the credit assessment note, including credit rating reports, annual reports, investor presentations, stock market performance data, and legal checks.

- Conduct detailed scrutiny of credit reports of entities (proprietorships, partnerships, private limited companies) and individuals, and provide detailed observations and recommendations.

- Analyse detailed Credit Approval Memos (CAMs) for counterparties (dealers, vendors), including assessments of financials, bank statements, GST returns, credit bureaus, stock statements, and other compliance checks.

- Independently make credit decisions and recommend cases with eligible limits as per the defined credit policy.

- Handle large unsecured and secured exposures to counterparties comfortably.

- Coordinate with various vendors (financial institutions, banks) and resolve related issues.

- Partner with business and credit administration teams to ensure smooth underwriting and onboarding processes.

- Manage portfolio and conduct credit monitoring
