Role - Sr Creative Director Location - Delhi NCR Job Summary : - We are looking for a senior creative director to lead our integrated marketing communications vertical within the marketing team. - The role will involve leading a team of writers and visual artists in ideating and executing 360 degree brand campaigns (launch and always on) that drives brand preference among consumers and achieves business goals. Responsibilities : - Execute 360 degree campaigns with consistent messaging across consumer touch points and media that clearly establish brand positioning and drive preference - Would be responsible for achieving overall brand metric such as top of mind scores that is driven by powerful and clutter breaking creative work - Would drive creative excellence across the board from product packaging to brand films to digital creatives such as ecommerce product listing pages, website content and performance ads. - Must have a clear view on success metric such as increasing saliency scores in brand tracks, CTR, time spent and creative completion rates - Be able to build clutter breaking campaigns that enable go to market for new products as well as always on campaigns that keep the brand fresh and memorable in consumer mind Required skills/traits : - An advertising professional with a robust body of creative work that also drove effectiveness in getting consumers/potential consumers to strongly consider the brand. - A big ideas thinker who also rolls up his/her sleeves to get things done. Should be able to look at the big picture as well as the small details. - An artist who doesn't create art for art's sake but for driving consumer preference and shareability/buzz. - A strong creative leader who switches between individual contributor role and team mentor role with flexibility and takes pride in constantly raising the bar of his/her and the creative team's work. - Must be a multi format storyteller who enjoys creating branded communication that engages, amuses and inspires. - Ability to think fresh ideas and execute them with creativity, clarity and speed. Effortless writing that drives engagement, builds community and induces consumer action - Experience in video creation with some amount of digital, social media immersion is a must. - Must have proven experience in building brands through stellar creative and should have a knack for measuring and constantly improving creative impact. - Should be an avid reader and someone who is deeply immersed in pop culture and social media trends.
