Senior Corporate Relationship Manager - Banking

- Sourcing "New to Bank" Clients: Acquisition of new clients prospect clients and onboarding them.

- Portfolio Management: Responsible for effective management of portfolio including deepening of existing relationships across all product suites and origination of new deals in existing clients.

- Relationship Management: Maintaining excellent relationship with Promoters/ CXO's

- Risk Management: Identifying and managing risks in portfolio clients including but not limited to risks related to operations, business and industry

- Deal Structuring: financing delivering value to the client and large revenue stream to the Bank.

- Performing thorough financial analyses of clients to evaluate their creditworthiness for structured funding, Working Capital, Term loans, Trade, and Project finance deals, while coordinating multiple stakeholders to facilitate complex transactions.

- Preparing comprehensive credit appraisal notes for assessing credit/treasury/trade limits and promoting other banking products, such as salary accounts, cash management, Trusts, and liabilities.

- Engaging in negotiations with clients on pricing/terms/security for successful deal closures.

- Monitoring industry trends and macroeconomic developments to gauge their impact on existing clients' businesses.

- Observing client performance through analysis of industry reports, quarterly financials, stock - statements, media reports, and credit reports such as CIBIL/CRILIC.
