Senior Corporate Banker - Large Corporates & Conglomerate

A leading international bank is looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Banker to manage and grow relationships with Large Corporates and Conglomerate Groups. The role involves driving business development, relationship management, credit structuring, and cross-selling banking solutions to top-tier corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and deepen relationships with large corporate and conglomerate clients across diverse sectors

- Drive acquisition of new-to-bank corporate relationships and increase wallet share from existing clients

- Structure and execute corporate banking transactions including working capital, trade finance, term loans, treasury, and cash management solutions

- Coordinate with internal product teams for seamless delivery of banking solutions

- Conduct detailed financial analysis, credit assessment, and risk evaluation of corporate clients

- Prepare credit proposals, annual reviews, and client strategy papers

- Monitor portfolio performance, client profitability, and market developments

- Maintain strong engagement with CFOs, promoters, treasury teams, and key decision-makers

- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal credit policies

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 12-15+ years of experience in Corporate Banking / Relationship Management with exposure to Large Corporates & Conglomerates

- Strong understanding of corporate credit, structured lending, trade finance, and treasury products

- Established relationships with large corporate groups and market networks preferred

- Proven track record in business origination and revenue generation

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- MBA / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification preferred
