We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant
We are looking for a high-performing talent acquisition professional who can independently drive and close mid-leadership hiring across diverse sectors.
The ideal fit is someone who brings strong stakeholder influence, deep market intelligence, and the ability to deliver complex mandates with consistency and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hiring for mid-leadership roles across sectors
- Partner closely with CXOs and Founders to understand business needs and role expectations
- Build talent landscapes, market maps, and sourcing strategies for niche mandates
- Manage full cycle recruitment including sourcing, evaluations, negotiation and closure
- Run multiple mandates with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and reporting
- Maintain a strong network of leadership and functional talent
- Ensure high quality candidate experience and regular client updates
- Guide and support junior consultants when required
Required Skills and Experience
- 2 to 8 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience from consulting, executive search, or high- growth environments
- Strong track record of mid-leadership hiring across at least two to three sectors
- Functional hiring knowledge across Product, Tech, Data, Growth, Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations
- Strong command of talent research, market mapping, Boolean search, and X Ray sourcing
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple high-priority mandates without compromising quality
- Experience with startups or fast scaling companies is a strong plus
