We are a young strategy and management consulting boutique. In less than 1 year of existence, we have expanded to a 5-members strong team and developed deep relations with clients as well as management consulting firms whom we support on a regular basis. We are looking for a dynamic, independent, and driven management consultant who can take charge of independent workstreams, deliver micro-projects as well as work as part of larger teams to deliver large scale strategy projects. We would consider you to be a good fit for the role if you: - Are comfortable with vague problem statements; most of our projects' problem statements are not typical industry / business level problem statements - Are passionate about frameworks and introducing structure to chaos i.e., efficiently executing a MECE approach to vague problems - Are comfortable with numbers (as data backed quantitative analysis is key for the kind of projects we work on) - Are driven to research (primary and secondary), analyze and condense information into actionable insights - Are obsessed with perfection (read perfect formatting and spellcheck) and delivering delight to client - Are well versed with PPT (slides creation) and Excel (adept with shortcuts, general formulae, and analysis tools) - Are independent and enjoy taking ownership of your respective workstreams (we do not believe in daily check-ins) - Are also keen on being a team player if required (some projects will involve bigger teams, daily check-ins, and regular support to on-site teams) Desired qualifications / pre-requisites are: - MBA from a Tier 1 B-school - Prior experience in management consulting / market research - Prior experience in client interaction - Excellent communication skills (verbal as well as written) IMPORTANT: Should be available to join IMMEDIATELY Note: This opportunity may require extensive travel in-site (primarily to Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and Europe regions).
