Key responsibilities will include: - Support client success teams in identifying the right Dx solutions for the business opportunities, and providing inputs on approach, estimates, assumptions, and constraints. - End-to-end delivery of projects, including quantitative and qualitative analysis of data, identifying insights that answer client questions and drive informed decision making. - Day to day communication with client and internal stakeholders, including the presentation of data-driven outputs, to identify client needs and build relationships with key stakeholders. - Working with portfolio lead to set up processes like project tracking, compliance, quality standards, communications, etc. that ensures efficient management of resources and operations within Dx team. - Assisting Dx Analytics in the creation of whitepapers and thought leadership studies. - Managerial role for a team of 5-6 analysts. Identify learning needs for the team members, coach and support them in their career growth as well as ensuring engagement is maintained. Preferred characteristics: - Enthusiasm for learning, with a strong desire to broaden your knowledge across the digital landscape. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both expert and non-expert audiences. - Social Listening Experience with platforms like Brandwatch, NetBase, Sprinklr. Examples include category analysis, competitive analysis, or a brand health analysis. - Working knowledge of Search Analytics and Google Trends, Keywords, data. - Broad expertise and understanding of digital landscape, digital channels, and social media platforms. - Working knowledge of Python with experience in running codes, debugging, etc. Experience in NLP will be preferred. - Ability to translate data into useful insights and engaging stories. Good knowledge of creating reports in PowerPoint - Skill in responding to open-ended, creative prompts/instructions. - Experience discussing data-driven recommendations with decision-makers.
