Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Senior Consultant with strong expertise in SAP FI/CO and enterprise SAP support environments. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA landscapes, handling complex production issues, implementing enhancements, and driving continuous improvements across finance business processes. The consultant should possess deep functional knowledge of SAP Finance modules and be capable of analyzing existing SAP configurations and custom developments, recommending enhancements, and collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions within project timelines. This is a client-facing onsite role based at L&T Heavy Engineering (HEIC), Hazira, Surat.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 10-15 years of overall SAP FICO consulting experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO).

- Experience supporting large SAP S/4HANA upgrade, enhancement, and transformation projects.

- Proven ability to analyze existing SAP configurations and custom developments to recommend and implement enhancements.

- Strong experience in production support, issue resolution, and business process optimization.

- Expertise in SAP FI/CO integration with SAP SD and SAP MM.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.

- Must be willing to work full-time from the client location in Hazira, Surat.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP S/4HANA Finance Support:

- Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA Finance applications.

- Analyze and resolve complex production issues within agreed service levels.

- Review existing SAP configurations and recommend functional improvements.

- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.

- Ensure stable and efficient operation of SAP Finance processes.

2. Functional Consulting:

- Gather and analyze business requirements.

- Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Provide functional recommendations for process improvements.

- Collaborate with business users to define optimal SAP solutions.

3. Solution Design & Enhancement:

- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.

- Work closely with ABAP developers to implement reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.

- Validate technical solutions to ensure business requirements are met.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience supporting enterprise manufacturing organizations.

- Experience in large-scale SAP support and enhancement projects.

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.

- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.

- SAP FICO Certification will be an added advantage.

- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, heavy engineering, or industrial sectors is preferred.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, or ICWA is an added advantage.

- SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification is preferred.
