Senior Consultant - SAP IBP

Role Overview:

As a Senior SAP IBP Consultant, you will serve as a lead architect and advisor for our clients' supply chain planning transformations. You will work closely with cross-functional business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex supply chain requirements into scalable, high-performance SAP IBP solutions. Your daily contributions will directly influence how our clients forecast demand, manage inventory, and optimize their supply chain network, ensuring they remain competitive and responsive to market shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and configure end-to-end SAP IBP solutions to address complex business requirements in demand planning and supply chain optimization.

- Lead the migration or transition of legacy SAP APO processes to SAP IBP, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to business operations.

- Collaborate with client business leads to define planning models, key figures, and alert frameworks that improve decision-making accuracy.

- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure seamless adoption of new planning tools by end-users and internal stakeholders.

- Troubleshoot complex functional issues and provide expert guidance on system performance tuning to maximize the value of the SAP investment.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring SAP IBP modules, specifically Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Response & Supply.

- Proven track record of managing end-to-end implementation lifecycles, supported by a deep functional understanding of SAP APO.

- Strong analytical capability to translate business supply chain challenges into technical configurations and system logic.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage client expectations effectively.

- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, maintaining high levels of self-motivation, project ownership, and collaboration with distributed global teams.

- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience in SAP supply chain planning environments.
