Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR ABAP Senior Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integrations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing RICEF objects, custom HR solutions, and supporting data flow between SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll systems (ECC/ECP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) using SAP ABAP HR
- Work extensively on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integrations, particularly employee and payroll data replication
- Develop and enhance custom Infotypes and HR-specific ABAP solutions
- Build, support, and troubleshoot interfaces between SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll (ECC/ECP)
- Ensure all developments adhere to SAP best practices and coding standards
- Prepare, update, and maintain technical documentation for developments and integrations
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP HR / HCM
- Solid understanding of PA, OM, PT, and Payroll modules
- Experience with SuccessFactors integration and employee data replication
- Proficiency in Enhancements, User Exits, BAdIs, and OOABAP (ABAP 7.4+)
- Exposure to S/4HANA and CDS Views
- Experience in debugging payroll and data replication issues
- Hands-on experience with Smart Forms / Adobe Forms (remuneration statements)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with OData APIs, RFCs, and SAP Cloud Integration
- End-to-end SAP implementation project experience
- SAP ABAP certification (preferred but not mandatory)
