Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP HANA FICO Sr. Consultant to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP FICO solutions, with a strong focus on S/4 HANA. You will collaborate closely with clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions that drive business value. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of our clients' financial processes, contributing to improved decision-making and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and configuration of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Profitability Analysis, to meet specific business requirements.

- Manage and execute S/4 HANA implementations and upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials, to facilitate knowledge transfer and user adoption.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP FICO functionalities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules and external systems.

- Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity during system implementations and upgrades.

- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO issues, resolving incidents and implementing preventative measures to minimize future occurrences.

- Identify and implement process improvements within the SAP FICO landscape to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP FICO configuration and implementation, with a strong understanding of business processes in finance and controlling.

- Proven ability to manage and execute S/4 HANA implementations and upgrades.

- Solid understanding of SAP integration technologies and data migration methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).

- Minimum of 8-15 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
