Senior Consultant - SAP FI - IT/Consulting

Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced SAP FI Senior Consultant for a leading global consulting and technology organization.

The role involves working on SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects, supporting business-process design, SAP configuration and client-facing consulting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct As-Is and To-Be business process workshops.

- Understand business requirements and map processes to SAP.

- Configure SAP FI according to business requirements.

- Prepare functional specifications and configuration documents.

- Participate in Blueprint and implementation activities.

- Work closely with technical, functional and cross-functional teams.

- Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

- Provide functional expertise across SAP Finance processes.

Mandatory Skills:

- 7 - 12 years of SAP FI/FICO experience.

- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation.

- Experience in at least one of the following: FSCM, Asset Accounting, RAR/Revenue Accounting, PAPM, GR, or Product Costing.

- Experience conducting or participating in Blueprint workshops.

- Strong business-process mapping experience.

- Relevant industry/domain experience.

- Good client-facing and communication skills.

SAP FI Process Experience:

- New GL/Segment Reporting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Banking, Cost Center Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Internal Orders, Project Systems, Investment Management, Asset Accounting, and Product Costing.

Good to Have:

- COPA, FICA, PSCD/FSCD, Cash Management, Treasury, and Cross-process SAP experience.

Education:

B.E., B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, B.Com, M.E., M.Tech, MBA, M.Com, CA, PGDM, MS, MCA or equivalent.

Experience:

7 - 12 Years.

Locations:

Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune.

Notice Period:

Immediate to 60 days preferred; 90 days negotiable.

Compensation:

Up to 30 - 32 LPA Fixed + 10% Variable.
