About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our high-performing sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering consultative solutions that align with client goals.

You will act as a strategic advisor, leveraging your domain knowledge and sales acumen to position the companys offerings effectively.

You must be comfortable in a client-facing role, capable of navigating complex sales cycles, and experienced in selling value-based solutions across mid-market and enterprise segments.


Key Responsibilities


Business Development & Lead Generation


- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound efforts, industry networking, referrals, and marketing leads.

- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads through consistent prospecting.

Consultative Selling


- Understand client needs and position the companys products/services as tailored solutions.

- Deliver compelling sales presentations, demos, and proposals to stakeholders and decision-makers.

- Drive solution-based selling by collaborating with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams.

Sales Cycle Management


- Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead qualification to deal closure.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of pipeline, forecast, and activities in CRM tools (e., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Client Relationship Management


- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic insight and identifying upsell/cross-sell

opportunities.

Market Intelligence


- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, market shifts, and client demands.

- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to shape offerings and campaigns.

Collaboration & Reporting


- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Delivery) to align sales strategies
