Key Responsibilities - Independently manage full lifecycle executive search assignments for senior technology roles (C-suite, VP, Director-level). - Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business, hiring needs, and organizational culture. - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, networking, database mining, and digital platforms. - Screen and assess candidates through structured interviews to ensure alignment with client requirements. - Manage the complete candidate journey-from sourcing to final offer negotiations-ensuring a seamless experience. - Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, offering consultative insights throughout the recruitment process. - Track and analyze market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence in the technology sector. - Contribute to business development by identifying and engaging with new clients and opportunities. - Collaborate closely with internal team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ensure delivery excellence. - Maintain detailed and accurate records on our CRM system. - Represent Hallmark Search Partners with integrity and professionalism at all times.
